Feenstra Law focuses on corporate and commercial matters for small to medium-sized businesses in Westchester County, NY. Advising in aspects of business law, the firm strives to act as “outside in-house” counsel for businesses not yet in a position to have a legal department. The firm’s practice areas include contract drafting and negotiating; buying and selling businesses; lending transactions; commercial leases; formation and organization of legal entities; and employee/contractor relationships.

Natascha B.M. Feenstra

Natascha Feenstra is a corporate generalist whose practice is focused on corporate and commercial matters for small to medium-sized companies. She is licensed to practice in both New York and Ontario. Natascha received her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) and her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degrees from the University of Western Ontario in London, Canada. As part of completing her LL.B., she attended Case Western Reserve University School of Law, in Cleveland, OH, as an exchange student where her studies included mergers and acquisitions, antitrust law, and negotiations.

Natascha articled at McMillan LLP in Toronto, Canada and after passing the Ontario and New York bars, she practiced as a corporate associate at Torys LLP in New York, NY. Subsequently, Natascha was Senior Legal Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary at a publicly traded short-line railroad with 60+ railroads in five countries (U.S., Canada, Australia, Netherlands and Belgium).

While taking time off with her children, Natascha met a number of local entrepreneurs needing affordable corporate legal advice. In 2015, Natascha founded Feenstra Law, PLLC to serve these local needs and enjoys acting as counsel to numerous businesses.
